July 2010: Certified MAC Forensics Specialist (CMFS) course available at Digicore from October 2010.
This 3 day MAC forensics training course gives delegates a practical understanding of data structures and potential evidence as produced in Apple Mac OS X environments along with implementing forensic tools on Mac OS X-based file systems. Delegates who successfully complete the exam included at the end of the training course will be awarded the Certified Mac Forensics Specialist (CMFS) qualification.

Mar 2010: New PgC (Post Graduate Certificate) and PgD (Post Graduate Diploma) in Computer Security and Forensics available.
Digicore today announced in conjunction with the University of Bedfordshire the availability of two new course options on their Computer Security and Forensics Track: a PgC and a PgD. The PgC (Post Graduate Certificate) can be achieved by successfully completing 4 modules of the MSc track and a PgD (Post Graduate Diploma) can be achieved by students who successfully complete 7 modules of the MSc track. "Students now have an option to obtain 3rd level qualifications sooner and demonstrate their achievement " said Linda Hennessy Operations Director of Digicore. ISO27001 Course scheduled for March 2010
Digicore's CIIP Implementing ISO 27001 Training course has been moved up due to demand to March 2010. On this 3-day practical ISO 27001 course, students will learn the component parts of the standard, how to define and risk assess information assets in a way suitable to their organisation, and the essential requirements for obtaining ISO 27001 certification. Delegates who successfully complete the exam included at the end of the training course will be awarded the Certified ISO 27001 Implementation Practitioner (CIIP) qualification. The CIIP is a stand-alone qualification but it can also be used as a module for those who are pursuing a PgC, PgD or MSc in Computer Security and Forensics. Feb 2010: Security+ added to Digicore's range of Security courses.
Security+, CompTIA's internationally recognised Security qualification is now available at Digicore.
